Here's what we did today:
MS2 LA/Lit: went over your autobiographical project, read a sample (of mine) of an autobiographical writing, and wrote our own journal entry. We also read some of Benjamin Franklin's autobiographical excerpt.
HW: Please read the rest of that excerpt in your Realms of Gold Books and work on a rough draft of one of the three mandatory autobiographical essays.
German 1: We introduced you to the language, how similar it is to English in some ways, and also to the German culture.
HW: Please write a paragraph about a famous German person.
German 2: We played some games and reviewed, and reviewed some more. :)
HW: Write a conversation in German including asking and answering regarding name, age, how people are, profession and anything else you can remember.
MS1 History: We reviewed your syllabus, discussed your project, and talked of the basics of excavating a site.
HW: please bring good shoes, shovels, brushes, sifters, and trowels (if you have any) for class on Thurs. for our excavation.
