Homework due 3.4.10 English, German, History

MS 2 LA: work on your monologues from The Merchant of Venice, and please use each of your vocab words from lesson 11 in a sentence or paragraph.

German 1: No Homework

German 2: Study your Haus packets and review conversation stuff: How do you like, what do you do on... and how to respond to those questions.

MS 1 History: Complete the info in your notebooks comparing Middle Ages to Renaissance, and please read the Handout "The Prince & the Courtier" and "The World of Leonardo daVinci" and do the review and write questions.

Special note for MS 1: Please come to class with ALL necessary materials or you will be serving in lunch detention.

About me

I was born in Lich, Germany and spent my grammar and middle school years in German schools. My family returned to California in time for me to attend Arcadia High School, where I participated in many activities including German club and show choirs. After four years at the University of California, Riverside, I married my husband (of 14 years now) and worked with youth before returning to school for my teaching credential. After teaching three years in California public schools, I worked part-time as an education specialist for homeschooling families through a charter school. I was happy to settle in Castle Rock in 2006 with my husband and three children, 9, 6 and 4 years old. This is my fourth year teaching at Woodlands, and I love teaching here!!
