MS 2 History Project: Guidelines

You will research and put together a presentation for your peers on the following aspects of the 1920's and 30's: (as you picked in class)

Carley F: Flappers, Females and Fun: How women changed in the 1920's and 30's

Sam H: The Age of Jazz, the new music

Naia: The Spirit of St. Louis: Charles Lindbergh, Amelia Earhardt and the Art of flying

Alaric: Al Capone: the rise of the Mafia and how it was overthrown

Chris: Charlie Chaplin and beyond: movies and Hollywood in the 20's and 30's

Austin: Babe Ruth and the rise of the Baseball icons

Evan: The return of the Olympics in the 20's and 30's

Nani: TBD

Your presentation needs to include the following:

1. A creative way to present your information to the class-double check with me first, due March 31st

2. An activity to help the class engage in the topic (you can use me, the internet, etc. for ideas) due April 5th

3. An experience to be used at our lock-in (april 9th) or for in-class fun: a game, a play,  or anything else that you can think of --due April 5th
